NAAC undertaking and institutional compliance statement.

This is to declare that K.V.G. Dental College & Hospital, Kurunjibag, Sullia, D.K. Karnataka - 574327 adheres to the provisions of Statutory Regulatory Authorities (DCI) as applicable to the institution, and also undertakes to adhere to changes, if any, from time to time.

  1. The institution has valid approval or university affiliation for all the programmes offered by the institution.
  2. The institution has obtained the necessary approval, permission, or recognition from the appropriate statutory regulatory authority and those approvals remain valid or have been submitted for renewal where applicable.
  3. The information and responses provided in IIQA online are genuine and valid.
  4. At the time of submission of IIQA, the institution is not debarred or made ineligible for renewal of affiliation or recognition by any competent authority or court of law.
  5. Students who have graduated from this institution have been issued degrees or postgraduate certificates from legally certified authorities.
  6. No government body has declared the institution an illegal entity.
  7. The institution undertakes to inform NAAC of any changes in status indicated during or after submission of IIQA until the validation of accreditation status bestowed upon it.
  8. The IIQA was prepared and submitted online from within the institution using institutional infrastructure.
  9. Acceptance of IIQA by NAAC is only provisional, and the responsibility for adhering to eligibility norms lies with the institution.

If any information provided is found to be contrary to fact, it may result in cancellation of the NAAC grading and legal action. The institution bears responsibility for substantiating every claim made in its application whenever called upon to do so.
